Objective

Deliver a managed rollout of psychosocial training integrated with your existing policies and workflows, while certifying internal leads to sustain compliance independently.

Duration

Two to four weeks, scaled to team size and complexity. Includes training deployment, policy review, tool customization, training and MPO certifications for your team. Begins with a complimentary discovery call.

Phase 1

Planning & Customization

Before training reaches your workforce, we tailor the rollout to your organization. This includes reviewing existing policies for alignment, customizing communication materials, and sequencing deployment to minimize operational disruption.

Phase 2

Guided Deployment

Training is delivered with active support—not simply assigned. We manage the logistics, monitor completion, and address barriers as they arise. Concurrently, designated leads begin their MPO certification pathway with additional coaching.

Phase 3

Handover & Sustainability

As the rollout concludes, we transition ownership to your internal leads. This phase ensures they are prepared to maintain documentation, conduct future assessments, and respond appropriately when issues arise. You retain access to support resources for reference.
